Updates your Guild or Characters using the Blizzard Api
Uses a custom api item gen function (some info maybe missing)

No adding function is usable at this time

If you do not have a blizzard api key be warned more then 3000 hits a day may result in banned or blacklisted
Aprox : 39 hits per char yup dated at this time.
