I want something really simple. The ability to put a note or message onto the guild's WoW Roster home page (so I can put any latest news in there, for example).

I can't find any addon to do this, nor any functionality within Roster.

Any ideas on how this can be done?

I started working on the plug in last night.

Not much there to see yet, but most of the plug in is already coded. All that's really left is code touch up, and making it look pretty. Note that the form is disabled (As of 10/18).

Things to do before release:
- Display the date in a more friendly format.
- Setup access control on the admin area.
- Any other recommendations

Problems:
- I cant seem to get the Roster Admin Authorization to work. Is there an existing scrip that uses this so that I can see how it's done?

EDIT: Ok, so I just now realized that the documentation on the wiki is for the beta version. I'm just going to use a file based password until the release of 1.7.1.

How does one get added to the dev group? I'd actualy be interested in coding this right into the system as one of the default plug ins.
