Ok, so in the Character Page section for displaying data, various elements can be set to Yes, No or User. Does setting it to User allow the individual users to set whether those options display? Is that possible? Or is that in there as part of future options? If users can set it now, how do they log in to do it? Thanks.

The users themselves can't make the changes. The admin has to make the changed on behalf of the user. But at least different users can have different settings.
