Matt, did you have to make any config changes to get UU traffic to be seen by Fiddler?

I only installed it, nothing more, after that it populated the list on the left with the HTTP traffic

Well, Fiddler is working fine now... must've required my PC to reboot.

... and UU is successfully updating while I'm logged into a char and doinf a consol reload to trigger... go figure.

are you sure the settings are correct? try copying the ini file from your working 2.4.1 install to the beta 2 folder.
did you bother to delete the ini file i had in the bin folder?
