I can't acess to the SigGen. When I click on the link a window says:
GD Functions are not available
SigGen REQUIRES GD with FreeType support
How can I activate the GD functions?

in php.ini, scroll down to the extentions list, and remove the ; in front of GD and the one in front of freetype, save, restart server.
