Make a copy of enUS.php, name it to your language code, thanslate all strings, replace all occurrances of 'enUS' with the language code for your language. Post the fully translated file here.

If at least one person proficient in the language is willing to keep the localization updated, we may add it to the base distribution of WoW Roster.

Also, try to keep the line numbers the same when editing, then posting files
This makes it easier to match strings across locale files
