Hi all Im new to these here parts, so please go easy on me as im not very technically minded.

anyway. Im having some problems with the wowroster.
I have installed and run characterprofiler and guildprofiler in game, and think it saved ok as I typed /cp export and /gp export after I scanned all.
I know the scan was ok as I did the /cp show /gp show thing just before

anyway, when I goto the guild website which Im running I keep getting the same error message when I try to upload my character info.
The error message is

Could not find guild in database. Please update members first.


any ideas? how do I add the guild to the database? I assumed it was the same way as uploading the character info?

First of all, you need to go into your Configuration section of the Roster using the password that you set during setup, and make sure that the Guild Name is exactly the same as it shows in your CharacterProfiler.lua. Then go to the update page, browse and set it for the CharacterProfiler.lua file from your WoW/WTF/Account/SavedVariables/ folder.

Put in your password here too in the box labeled Officers Only.

You should now be all set.
