In my Public Roster server statius is not displayed.

After looking thru the code I found that this is due to $guild_data_rows never initialized in lib/menu.php

If I initialized it, everything is fine excpet that Config page is broken. I cannot do anything on it and I can this Blizzard realm status page text on top of it.
