Well, Ulminia asked me about this today and i told him he could do it.
As long as he sticks to the rosterdesign i don't have a problem with it

We are implementing multiple guilds & servers in 1.8 so i'd rather focus on that then on rewriting 1.7.1 again.

I did have an idea on how to do multiple guilds atm, by using the explode function of php, might have a look at it and see how it works out.
But that will be single server/multiple guild then ofc, i'll have a look at it tonight and then i'll hand the code over to Ulminia

got a good start need some tests and it should be ready looks just like the 1.7.1 roster i dont have polodude pritty mods but it works on all servers

Im in the home stretch ive fixed the issue i was having with ' in server name and have the siggen working too adding one or 2 more fields to the main page and ial be ready to go

First bug here at install:

The requested URL /PublicRoster171/install.php was not found on this server.

I resolved it by moving install/insatll.php to install.php

second bug: no sql data is put into the database

keys don't work if you have more than one char with the same name, GROUP BY should be changed to member_id in memberinst.php:

$query = "SELECT name, level, member_id, class, server, faction, clientLocale FROM `".ROSTER_PLAYERSTABLE."` GROUP BY name ORDER BY name ASC";

should be

$query = "SELECT name, level, member_id, class, server, faction, clientLocale FROM `".ROSTER_PLAYERSTABLE."` GROUP BY member_id ORDER BY name ASC";
