Help with WowRoster

i really wanna start using this in my guild site... but im running

PHP version 4.4.1
MySQL version 4.0.27-standard

so 1.7 wont work.... i really need t get the previous version that would work with my config.. seeing my host will not update...

please anyone?

I'm running roster 1.7 just fine on PHP v4.3.11 and MySQL v3.23.49...

Did you actually try to run it or were you just going by the documented system requirements?

Has your host addressed the latest security issues with PHP? I posted another thread here with the announcement from Fedora, but it applies to everybody using PHP. They may be willing to upgrade the version at the same time they apply the security fixes.

My webhost is Yahoo! so I have to assume they have things under control :P

im a complete noob at this whole thing..im trying to get my guilds roster list on our website..and we have a free hosting server infact i use Tripod.com.

I have my Character profiler loaded and as well my guild profiler but i dont know how to put the roster to my guild website...could someone PLEASE (lol) help me out with this?

I am attempting to use this on a mysql 4.0 install and it throws a "Server doesn't meet requirements" error. Any idea what can be causing this?

You need to contact your host and tell them that php cannot see mysql

lol yeah sorry to waste your time. I ran PHPInfo on the server and saw that it doesn't look like everything is set up correctly. Thanks for the fast response though.
