Update Page Files fields not showing text

I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but the update page has white backgrounds and white text for the file fields. It's been driving me crazy for a while so I decided to 'fix' mine.

I fixed mine by adding

Code: Select all: style="color: black;\"

after every instance of

Code: Select all: input type="file\"

.

2 instances in 1.7.0 and 5 instances in 1.7.1.

They don't for me, they are the same color as the text input boxes

What browser are you using?

I didn't even think of that.

I primarily use Opera 9.

I checked in IE 6 and Firefox 1.5 and they show as you say, so it appears only Opera doesn't work the same.

I hate cross-browser compatibility problems. :sad:
