Attached is an image of my current roster.

The problem with the picture is that about TWICE the number of people shown actually uploaded their data. It appears that every few weeks my roster is just dropping about half of those with uploaded data and not allowing links out to their character page.

Is there a "expiration" time feature I'm not seeing? Agoney, Ensidious and Epatrick all have uploaded data within the last 3 week.

No, there is no expiration
Get the upload logs from the users who's data keep disappearing and see if they really are making successful uploads

Maybe your web host is having DB problems and keep rolling back your data
