Pvplog.lua file not found

I have looked in my entire wow folder, and the only pvplog.lua file is the one in the addons/pvplog folder that doesnt upload.

The PvPLog.lua file you upload is stored in the
World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<account name>\SavedVariables\
folder

Already checked there. With having Characterprofiler, Guildprofile, CT-Mods, and TitanPanel, the only file in that entire saved variables directoy is Blizzard_AuctionUI

Have you closed WoW yet?
And also, are the mods enabled in WoW?

Yes, did everything that is normally done with any addons. What I have discovered is that Windows Vista is not compatable when it comes to WoW and any addons that need to create files. Vista does not give permission for them. So to fix this, I have reverted back to Windows XP Pro.
