General help needed with adding these things to a website!

Can someone please give me a very basic intruction on how to post things like the roster and bank on my website? I'm not the best with computers and just need some very basic help with doing this. I am using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, if that helps. Sorry this question is so broad, but I honestly don't even know where to start.

I can't "install" the thing, as it's a php file and just opens up in Macromedia - blank screen.

But see, right from the start I don't understand what's happening. The first step says to login and establish my MySQL database. What is this?

You have to have access to a web server, either your own or a web host

yea 50:50 and Audience wont work on this one and if your friend dosent know hes the weekest link.
