They said they wont release until after the stand alone version of 1.7.3 is done. The next release of wowrosterdf will be based on that..

You can either download the stand alone version of 1.7.2 (Zanix promised a way to upgrade from that) or help them squash bugs in 1.7.3 to help them release it faster.

Hey guys I wanted to let you all know it should not be too much longer before I gwt wowrosterdf released. The project is comming along very well. Most of wowrosterdf is fully finished, I say most because all addons will need to be converted before they will work and I need to add a few more options tot he roster admin side of things to turn on and off auth for certain pages on demand by the admin as well as add group permissions.

I have been keeping RosterDF up to date with the same changes going into the standalone Roster

I'm doing this because my guilds' site uses DragonFly and RosterDF

So when the final version of 1.7.3 is released, RosterDF will be ready (Anaxent just needs to make his changes)

While I've never used phpnuke, I can certainly say that DF is awesome. My old site was in mambo, and it was a bear to admin. And now that RosterDF is coming, it really brings it all together.

How would one integrate the current stand alone version into DF functionality?

Change db table names, maybe alter a table's info, then upgrade?

I am actually considering dumping PHP-nuke and going to Dragonfly, but I'm waiting on this module before I make a concrete decision on which CMS platform I will be moving to.

Dragonfly looks very promising because of the support of projects like this one. As soon as I have a chance to check out RosterDF, I'll make the big decision on which direction I'm going.

I switched from PHP-Nuke to Dragonfly and I have to say I'm glad I did. Lovin' dragonfly!

I am really glad to here this. I would like to hear more on why you like dragonflycms over php-nuke.
