Guild Profiler not saving the export data to savedvariables

Ok I installed Roster and set it up etc I go to upload my first Guild update from the \WTF\Account\XXXXXXX\Hyjal\XXXXXXX\SavedVariables

and there is no characterprofile.lua or any other file in that folder, I exported and hit save after opening my Guild tab (O) and hit the little save button and used the export command both then logged totally out of WoW and no files!

I understand, however, it isnt being saved there, there are no files in that folder. It says in game that its been saved,I log out and check it to upload it to the site and no files in that folder.

Ok for some reason I now have the file in the folder with a bunch of other files.

Now when I try to update the guild info for the first time and type in my password it gives me this error:
Character @ Staghelm Ignored

Could not find guild in database. Please update members first.

You can see I am a noob to your Roster, my server is Hyjal, I transferred my char fro Staghelm to Hyjal, would this make any difference?

Just a side note it works fine in Vista. I have been running Vista for over a year with no WoW or Roster Issues.

Ok, read it all and even followed step by step and reinstalled it all and ran the addon and exported the files, this time it exported correctly to the folders and right away unlike the first time I ran it.

However I still get the same error in the Update log on the server when I try to upload the files:

Character @ Staghelm Ignored

Could not find guild in database. Please update members first.

This is listed in the Update Log

What am I missing?

I also tried to use Uniuploader and getting a message of:
UniUploader did not upload any file(s), or uploaded the wrong file(s). I used the roster server password I created for the server upload and checked the SV file.

I know I am not doing something right but I dont see what it is. I am very experienced with mysql and setting up databases I am sure its correctly setup, I see from my server log that its accessing the database when I try to update.

To update the guild list:
When you upload CP.lua, make sure you enter your Roster Admin password in the password box

Okay, I think I figured out the problem... when you try to load the CharacterProfiler.lua, it tries to match your Guild Name and Server Name with the database. However, upon a fresh install, there is no Guild Name or Server Name to speak of, so it ignores the upload.

Before you try to upload your guild information, go to...
Roster Config > Guild Config
... and enter your Guild Name and Server Name (case sensitive, I would assume).

That's what worked for me, anyway.

None of that has worked, I did have my admin password and I tried adding the Guild info manually before uploading, I also tried removing the info and uploading, none of it is working, getting the same errors!
