Addons Admin - cannot connect to database

Updated from v1.6 to v1.7.1. Went through upgrading instructions on the wiki site. Successfully updated and was able to access the roster config. Everything appears intact except when I attempt to access Addons Admin. I received the following error:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'httpd@xx.xx.xxx.xx' (Using password: NO) in /../roster/addons/addonAdmin/lib/db.php on line 7
Could not connect to db

I think it should be prompting me for a password? But it isn't. It immediately brings me to this page.

Any ideas?

Yeah, addons admin is a Roster 1.6.0 ONLY addon
There is no new version for 1.7.x

Also, make sure you get new versions of all your Roster addons
