No roster interface

I finally got the upload working but the index.php page has no formatting and in the roster config section the links will redirect to the same page. This is the link to the roster site:

heirsoftheapocolypse

The images are all in the correct folder. What permissions should they have, maybe this is the issue. Thanks for the help in advance.

when I go to that page, I get Roster is not installed, INSTALL
after you get it installed and upload all the graphics, let us know.

I am in the process of installing again with freshly uploaded images and scripts. I will be back later this evening to let you know how I make out.
