And show me the new error

Make sure you overwrote settings.php with the new version

just re-extract it and upload?

The version I have on my roster is dated 12/29 and the version on my drive is 12/19

Does your guild table in the database have a guild id in it?

yeah but all it says is:

Rows guild_id
1 1

it worked fine till I upgraded to the new siggen

Also, I looked in the sig and ava folders and they are empty

Okay, just for my own senility I went back to the older version of the siggen and it works just fine, so it must be something with my roster and the new version of siggen. Any ideas?
