New to this forum so I hope that this is the right place to ask

I've got a toon that's member of Strength and honour on Al'Akir

when I update my toon to the roster, the toon is in the overview but af some few hours the toon is gone in the view but I can see that the data is still there because my Signature is still working

What is happening? is it my internet settings or ?
