Fatal error: Call to undefined function utf8_decode() in /usr/local/www/sbd/roster/memberdetails.php on line 155
None of the Character Stats, Spellbook, Bags, Bank, Mailbox, Quests, Recipes , BG Log, PvP Log or Duel Log is working.
I am completly new to roster, this is my first installation.

utf8_decode() is a basic php function that all installs of php should have

As Zanix said, it's been a common function since PHP 3.0.6. If your host is using a version of PHP prior to that, you need to switch hosts, and fast.
