Identifying "alts"

Postby bsmorgan » Sat Jan 13, 2007 11:52 am

Our guild uses the guild rank(s) to identify alts. We have one rank for alts of officers and a second rank for alts of non-officers. Is it possible to configure Roster to handle this case? If so, how?

Can the guild bank character(s) be identified using rank? Would the same method work here?

Thanks,

Brad

Identifying "alts"

You can identify guild banks with a specific rank
You can have seperate alt and officer alt ranks, by having a common word between the 2 alt ranks (so if your ranks are `member alt` and `officer alt`, and none of your other ranks contain the word `alt`, you could specify `alt` as the alt rank)

AltMonitor allows you to key on Public or Officer Notes, Rankings etc...

I created a Rank in the guild called Guild Bank and added a officer note saying Guild Bank. In alt monitor you can have it utilize either the rank or the text in the respective fields. Works like a Champ. Refer to Alt Monitor 2.0 for the addon.

Hope that helps.
