So, i just installed CP/GP 2.0.5.

Did a /cp purge all in wow.

Saved all my characters and guild info.

Went to update the Roster and I get this lovely message:

So.. uhh... I take it 2.0.5 and WoW roster dont like each other?

Crap, looks like user error partly on this one. It would seem I looked at the CharacterProfiler.lua.bak rather then the current one before I went ahead and updated the roster. *sighs* Trying to recapture the data but my server has a queue a mile long.

Ok, this time it worked. I guess people just need to make sure the guild profiler has captured data otherwise It will nuke your userbase!

Also when I updated my guild information from the GP export id did update but in the member log any changes that were made have the wrong date. And instead of leaving existing members alone it added them again. I don't have duplicates of the members it just shows it added everyone again. Here is a link to our roster;

While you may not make those addons, has Calvin communicated any changes that would require an update to the roster code so Roster 1.7.2 works with CP/GP 2.0.5?

I'd like to upgrade to the newer versions, but I don't want to bork my roster in the process. I'm afraid my users may take it upon themselves to update their addons, and I can only hope it doesn't hose something in the roster tables.

Can this fix be posted to the front page of the website?
I beat my head on the desk for the better part of the morning, before stumbling onto this thread. The updated parser, and db files fixed the problems I was having.

I have applied the patches within wow roster.
I have updated to the 2.0.5b client with the '-1' fix.
I have done a /cp purge all.
Several of my characters are not updating at all. I see:

I don't know how to look at the timestamps, but this results in no updates at all.

Any ideas?

Is there any way to purge the Wow Roster database on my server without dropping the tables and doing a clean install? I have full shell access.
