Problems with relations

For about 2 hrs I was thinking my problem was with the Regex, but after swapping the "Apply on field" to Pulic not from Officer not it works fine, is there anyway I can get the Officer note field to work??

Check your cp.lua/database to confirm the officer note field contains data
