I really want to get rid of the menu, its taking too much space... but I tried that "show_footer:false" stuff with all the php.. literally... but the menu is still there... any way to remove it?

Open
lib/menu.php

Delete everything

Close and save

Note: Do not delete the file, just delete the contents
If you delete the file, you will have all kinds of errors
