Is it possible, that the Roster doesn't work with the new Realms (since TBC)?
I really did everything right, I think. But I can upload the CharacterProfiler.lua (with the correct password) how often I want, but the Guild 'Nordpakt' on 'Das Konsortium' (German Realm) still can't be found...
I mean, you also can't choose your characters from the new realms for posting in the off. WoW-Forums...

Most likely you are just having problems on the initial upload
