Yes, with a file edit. Find this section in the localization file (pasted from enUS, edit frFR or deDE if you use a different language)

Code: Select all
$timeformat['enUS'] = '%a %b %D, %l:%i %p'; // MySQL Time format      (example - '%a %b %D, %l:%i %p' => 'Mon Jul 23rd, 2:19 PM') - http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/4.1/en/date-and-time-functions.html
$phptimeformat['enUS'] = 'D M jS, g:ia';    // PHP date() Time format (example - 'D M jS, g:ia' => 'Mon Jul 23rd, 2:19pm') - http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php

These are lines 86 and 87. Simply edit them to the correct format.
I <3 /bin/bash
