I just installed WoWRoster for the first time today.
I followed all the configuration instructions.
The guild name is correct.
The realm name is correct.
I logged into both my characters in my guild and saved their data to the CharacterProfiler.lua file. Then I went to update the profile.

The result is below. Why is this happening? What can I do to correct it? I've been messing with this thing for the last three hours with no luck.

I tried to re-install WoWRoster, and I'm getting the same issue.
Also, as was the case before the re-install, I see this on the "Roster Diag." page:

I am completely, totally baffled. I followed the instructions and everything is correct in terms of the configuration, as far as I can tell. I've even copied and pasted the guild name and realm name from the characterprofiler.lua file.

I hope someone is able to help. I'd really love to get this thing up and running so that my guild members can use it.

I figured it out.
I never opened the guild window (O), I guess, in the game. I noticed that, when I did, something appeared on-screen. Then I uploaded the CharacterProfiler.lua file, and every member was there.

Thing is...before I re-installed WoWRoster, I DID open the guild window with both characters. I guess it was the re-install that fixed it (?).

Just wanted to post this for others who might be having the same issues in the future. I love WoWRoster!

Make sure you save the guild list in WoW
Manually open the guild window [O] and hit the save button
