How to see the "Note" Text and not just that icon

In the Members table i have at the notice column everywhere this small letter icon where i can see the Notice as a tooltip. Is it possible to see the notice text in this column like in the old Roster Version?

Roster doesn't have a "Notice" column

I believe he is referring to the "Note" column.

In Roster Config - Display Config - Note Display Mode - Options for displaying as Text or a Icon.

Sorry! Im using german roster. Yes i mean the Note Column. i have it turned on and i see the small icon but i prefer to see the text imidiatly without moving the cusor over it instead of the small icon.

is there a MOTD bar i have seen something on more then one site if there is how do you get it to work ?
