Could not find guild

i got this error:

Could not find guild: 'guikd name' for server 'Twilight Hammer'
You need to load your guild first and make sure you finished configuration
Click here for installation instructions

i followed this guide:

but then i get to this part:

Now completly log-out (it's best to just close WoW)
Open a web browser and go to Roster's update page (rosterdir/admin/update.php)
Click [Browse] and select your CharacterProfiler.lua file from the SavedVariables directory
(*WoWDir*/WTF/Account/*ACCOUNTNAME*/SavedVariables/CharacterProfiler.lua)
In the "Officer Use Only" table
Enter the roster admin password

Now hit [Upload] to begin the update

afther i do this its not uploading my guild and evey thing that get in the update log is like this:
chrecter name @ Twilight's Hammer Ignored
guild name @ Twilight's Hammer Ignored

aslo some other server were i didnt play for a ling time

tryed whit officer password and whit out

how can i fix this problem?

Obviously you don't have your guild name set in roster config
And you also don't have your realmname spelled correctly as well

guikd name != whatever your guildname is
Twilight Hammer != Twilight's Hammer

Code: Select all: != means (does not equal)

my guild is on Alleria, I tried spelling it alleria, and then I get the error user@alleria ignored. please help.

Same problem to register my guild

I constat that the file GuildProfiler.lua contains only

Do you have an explanation ?

i did eveything in the guide to upload the guild.. But when i upload the CharacterProfil.lua...nothing show up in the update log and im back to the same error. (nothing get uploaded)

Also it a fresh install from 1.7.0..if it help

I have the same problem. Have checked and double checked all spelling to make sure everything is fine. Upgraded from 1.6 so I've had a working roster up untill now.

When I upload characterprofiler.lua I dont get any real errors at all. The update log is empty and the query log just shows one line;

Code: Select all: SELECT `config_name`, `config_value` FROM `roster_config` ORDER BY `id` ASC;

The config entries are saved from the webgui but when I open the config.php its extremly empty compared to the one used in v1.6, but maybe this is correct in 1.7?

Anyways, all suggestions on a possible solution are very welcome! Thanks!
