All my recipes are listed, and it looks great, but the reagents required for a recipe are not correct. For instance, making a Heavy Leather Ammo Pouch requires:

2 [x2]
F [xF]
2 [x2]

What can I do to fix this? Is there some piece I'm missing?

That should not be a MadeBy bug but rather an error in the capture of data. Figure out who uploaded the bad data and have them re-upload. If your sure the data is correct and this is a bug can I see a link?

It was uploaded by me, using the "Update Profile" button on the roster. I don't know how I could be doing that wrong, but I generally do it late at night, so who knows.

You're absolutely right. I looked in the database, and madeby is displaying the reagents correctly, they're just wrong in the database.

Maybe my character profiler is out of date?

No. I didn't know there were hotfixes. Those are to wowroster itself? Now that I look around a bit, a similar problem is happening with my quests. All of my non-Outland quests are all whacky:
