I've update to the new hotfix, checked the guild name and server was typed in correctly, and i still have the problem. Can anyone help it has me stumped.

Are you using the correct password when updating? When using the wrong password it does a character-only update, there is no error.

I'm having this same problem. I installed it, so I know what the password is, and it's being entered in correctly. I've tried it on 3 macs and a pc, all with the same response.

I did a fresh install of it, same problem. I'm using the latest wowroster, and the latest version of CP.

I just don't understand... it worked perfectly fine before we updated everything, but I don't want to go back down in versions because I'm not opening up my server for an attack... help please?
