UniUploader not uploading data

My guild has recently started using UniUloader and WoWRoster. One of my guild-mates is unable to upload data to the site using UniUploader. He is using the same information as the rest of us, but for some reason his profile is not being updated.

Things checked:
The update URL is correct.
The proper account is being selected.
The PvPLog and CharacterProfile saved variables are selected.

Here is what we see from the Debugger window:

[2007/02/10 11:53:15] Uploading to Primary URL...: <correct URL>
[2007/02/10 11:53:15] SavedVariables.lua - No Compression. Upload Size: 1 KB
[2007/02/10 11:53:15] PvPLog.lua - No Compression. Upload Size: 368 KB

I've had him uninstall and re-install, same result. He is able to manually upload using the update.php page. The other users have been able to update just fine.

Anyone know what the potential problem could be?

how large is the SavedVariables.lua file? is it potentially too large to parse? 1Kb seems to be a clue...

he has the wrong saved variable files selected.

RPG outfitter v2.0.5b
UniUploader v2.5

uu is saving data from all characters but is not uploading to rpgoutfitter automatically. It was working pre wow 2.0 patch, but have been unable to get it to work since. Information is being sent to saved variables because I am able to upload at rpg site correctly.

CharProf is checked in saved variables
Set to auto upload
user name and password are verified correct
I have it set to delayed upload after 15 sec
The debugger shows that the file was compressed

Server response seems to be the issue:


invalid access

I checked rpg and this is the correct url

At a loss, any input would be appreciated

Added attachments of server response and debugger just in case that might help.

It's possible their parser is down, they do take it down sometimes
I would post on their site about this error as well

Yes, I followed those directions from the rpg site when setting up uu initially. Also, I have posted on rpg forums about this issue as well, and calvin was stumped by it also...

And I would lean to the parser being down, except that calvin didn't mention it being down and also this has been an issue for me and some guild members since the wow 2.0 patch...

not sure where to go from here.

I also did a reinstall on both rpgoutfitter as well as uniuploader.

I just uploading to rpgo myself and it worked...

Fixed, working great now:) user name and password were correct but my grammar program was capitalizing the first letter of my password which was causing the miscommunication, calvin made a suggestion that it had to be user name and password with that error...sure enough he was right.
