WoWRoster Installation Difficulties!

Hi,

As you can tell by the subject, I'm having major problems getting this WoWRoster installed and uploaded to my website on guildportal. I've read the install guide, and I've come to the realization that the "whole" concept is not making sense to me. If anyone can help me with a quick, simple, walkthrough, I would very much appreciate it! I think the easiest method would be if someone can set me up through MSN chat...If so, my MSN address is: tatterhead15@hotmail.com (feel free to add me).

Here is the installation directions from the Wiki. Please explain what you are having difficulties understanding.

If you are able to go into IRC they will be able to help you, if not please explain where you lose understanding of what to do.
