The settings xml output hasn't changed from 0.7.8 to 0.7.9

Ha, I feel like one of the customers I deal with all day now. I neglected to mention that I had recently moved the the host of my website and have not yet setup UniAdmin on it. I guess I didn't realize that phpUniUploader was so reliant on UniAdmin.

Don't waste any more time on this, I'll get UniAdmin back up and let you know if that takes care of it (I'm sure it will). Sorry!
