* language selection isn't fixed forme ( blank on load)

i try to translate without changing button size, but if we want to keep same word in all tab for same fonction, we need more space ^^

i post translation file without this modifications, but other in remplacement ( wich are not cutting) i update this if you can do this change...

One question:
In expanded addon view what does the last of the three icons in each addon stand for? Perhaps addon a little legend right to the collaps all button?? Or a little popup-button??

One "not so nice to see"-item:
When opening the addon-view and closing it again the lower buttons are partly covert by the status bar.
