Fatal Error on update

Hi , i've updated my version to the newest but when i try to update the profile i have this error :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function start_update_hook() in d:\XXXXXXXXXXX\roster\update.php on line 237

i use the lastest character profile ... any idea ?

Are you sure you uploaded all files ? Function start_update_hook is defined in lib/update_trigger_lib.php

Make sure it's not an old version of the file either, to be on the safe side you might want to delete all old files and upload all files from 1.7.3

Good advice

Make sure you keep the img/ and addons/ folders as well as conf.php
