Ok I am not sure if this is just the theme I downloaded but how come there is no menu to the left but as soon as I go to something else it is there? I thought this addon was so it can be built inside of dragonfly?

I have newest version of dragonfly and wowrosterDF

Log on as admin
Go to Administration Area
Go to Blocks
Click on Edit for WoWRosterDF
Ctrl+Click the blocks you want shown when viewers go to that module.

There is no wowrosterDF in the blocks section

Don't forget to tell the WoWRosterDF Modules to allow blocks on left, right or both... Default is none.
