phpRaid Nuked Version

Hey, so apologies in advance if this has been posted someplace else...i just installed the latest version...installation went thru, clicked on the "installation complete click here" link, taking me to the main page of my entire site. per the instructions i went to the link:

http://www.xxxx.com/modules.php?name=phpraid

but i just keep getting

You can't access this file directly...

any ideas what i may be doing wrong?? thanks in advance!

well i got it working, except for my registration link

when you click on "register" you get a window that says "you can not access this file"

any ideas what this might be about?

Hi,

I got a little problem with the installations.
Everything seem correct during installation.
My block is ok but not the module

Where ever i Click (guild, location, configuration) i got each time the same screen above.

Any Ideas?

Hey gang great port my guild and i love this mod. However, i have 2 issues. The menu test hardly shows up with the dark background and the black text. I have gone in to change the color of the text but nothing changes. Any ideas or am i changing the wrong thing?

Next i have an issue with Draenei avatars not shwoing up is there a fix for this?

Please keep in mind this is my first site i have put together.

Hey guys i need some help. I using the AI theme, but the menu is blacked out. I am only able to read it when i highlight it. I have gone in and change the leftMenubackground in the CSS, however nothing happens on the theme. I have tried many different things and nothing seems to work. I did the same thing in the SpiffyJr. theme and it changed, but i do not like the menu being on the left. Is there something i am missing? What should i do?

The code i changed looked like this:

}

#leftMenuBackground {
background-image:url('../images/leftMenu_bg.gif');
}

and i changed it to:

}

#leftMenuBackground {
background-color:#CCCCCC;
}

This seemed to work for the SpiffyJr. theme, but it is not working for the AI theme. Do i need to change this in another place? Or can someone tell me how to change the menu text? My users are unable to read the menu to create a profile or anything without highlighting the menu first.

Please help!

you should change to the AI template it is more suited for Nuke as the menu is at the top vs the side.

hi, i just installed this on my site www.darkmettle.com i changed the register_globals to off, and verified it. i am unable to go to the configuration section, i click on configure and it just refreshes the page and shows me that no raids are scheduled. i followed the installation instructions as posted. any suggestions?

anyone can post the original phpraid 3.0.9.2 (unofficial).
I cant seem to find the files anymore and seems phpraider.com have deleted their older posts.

I know this might not be the right place, but hopefully someone will help.

make a .htaccess file

open and write php_flag register_globals off

copy that to phpnuke root and phpraid will work did on my

Ok so another problem with this -

It was working great when I first installed it a couple of months ago..now the "register" link is disappearing for new guldies that want to create their characters and sign up for raids.

When you're logged in to the website you can't see the "register" link, when you log out and are just an anonymous user you can see the 'register' link..but it doesn't do anything when you click on it.

What happened?

I'd really love to use phpRaid on our guild site, but keep running into an installation problem.

I've uploaded and chmod'd everything as specified for this module, but when I attempt to install I get to the configuration panel, enter all my databased information as prompted, and get the message "Error connecting to database. Press your browsers BACK button to try again."

The site is hosted through GoDaddy (shared, not dedicated) so I called their tech support line and was informed that GoDaddy won't allow remote access to their databases. Is that the problem, or am I missing something far more elementary here?

Thanks in advance for your help.

ETA: I did manually create the database files in MySQL, however I can't seem to figure out a way to install the module to the site without having to go through this step. Is there a way around it?

I am getting the PHPNuke error:

The html tags you attempted to use are not allowed

When attempting to select a raid location from the drop down menu.

Is there something I've missed?
