Quest [] could not be inserted

I am getting this error when uploading the guild information:

Quest [] could not be inserted
1062: Duplicate entry '174-' for key 1
Quest [] could not be inserted
1062: Duplicate entry '174-' for key 1
Quest [] could not be inserted
1062: Duplicate entry '174-' for key 1
Quest [] could not be inserted
1062: Duplicate entry '528-' for key 1
Quest [] could not be inserted
1062: Duplicate entry '528-' for key 1
Quest [] could not be inserted
1062: Duplicate entry '528-' for key 1

Everything else seems to be fine. Can anyone shed any light on this?
