I decided to prevent some people from viewing the roster page and wanted to change the permissions on the module from 'All Visitors' to the guild membership group, then an ugly screen jumped out at me..

That's what I get for doing website stuff at 3am.... /blush


I removed install.php (like many addons and some of the hotfixes asked me to) and that solved the issue.. Re-adding it allowed me to edit permissions to the module, I then removed it again.
