Is there anyone who can help me handle with uploading problems? Everything seems to be set correct, but it doesn't work.

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /usr/export/www/vhosts/funnetwork/hosting/oculi/roster/addons/guildbank/gbank.php on line 265
