french name with spec letter

hi,
some of my member have name with specific letter as é or ï...

but siggen generate png file with utf8 convertion of this letter so, link doesnt work ...

ie : FaÃ©line.png almost Faéline.png

so i must overwrite all profil of members with this type of letter ^^

SigGen saves all characters as they are stored in the database
The database stores character names utf-8 encoded

Can you check for me if you can access Faéline.png via a web browser?
