remake recrutmenmt block

this is a modifed version of the recrutment block designed to be a addon for foster 1.7.3 sows stataces of all classes and there desirability link url set in admin section

most of my addons are codded the same i dont think i made an installer for this one i dont remember

thanks ! I was looking for something like this.

In fact, would be just perfect something like this but with an auto image generator.
Like siggen but generating an image block so can be posted in the forums as image.
as for example: [ url="blahguild.com/recruit"][ img]blaguild.com/roster/addons/recruit.php?guild=myguild[ /img][ /url]

or simply [ img]blaguild.com/roster/addons/recruit/img/recruitblock.png[ /img]
