Hey there, everyone. My roster is having trouble. I've got the latest versions of CP/GP, and I've reinstalled the roster twice to try and see if it would fix the problem. It didn't.

Essentially, every time I (or anyone else in my guild) tries to upload their characterprofiler.lua file, the browser jumps up with a "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." error message, and the file isn't uploaded. This is infuriating me, as i've tried many number of things to try to get it to work, to no avail.

Any suggestions on what could be the problem, and how I can go about fixing it?

If you have access to your web server error log, that might help in figuring out what is wrong
