Roster Not Installed (Error when using sig link)

Hello Everyone.

When I use the link given to me by Siggen when pressing the PREVIEW button, I get a page that says

My roster is most definitely installed.

www.ntin.net/~ckilmer75/roster/

The URL given to me by the SIGGEN is http://www.ntin.net/~ckilmer75/roster/a ... =Xanadriel

Any idea why Siggen is telling me the roster is not installed?

So this error has never been encountered and you don't have any inkling how to fix it?
