I am just curious as to if you can use the guild ranks to define a character as an Alt, because this is how we have it set up in my guild/is there any plan on this happening?
Thanks in Advance

Or use the 2 systems..
In my guild i have a rank with guild_title=Alters and the public_note=Name of Main, and have Officer Alters with public_note=ALT-Name of main.
Can be added both querys at same time ?
like: is alter if public_note=ALT-% or guild_title=Alters

Mokil: besides the info if this char is an alt, you need to know what the main is for this addon to be useful
Subxero: I'd recommend using a regex like the following and ignoring the rank:
/(ALT-)?([\w]+)/i
(With getmain_match set to 2)
I <3 /bin/bash
