error uploading lua file

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp/phpqlmenV) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/virtual/Healingwaves) in /home/virtual/Healingwaves/paintrain-silvermoon.com/www/Roster/lib/luaparser.php on line

i get that message every time i try to upload and create the guild. any ideas how to fix that ? already tried installing roster again and still the same error. thanx.

hey zanix thanx for the reply,
i tried doing that, and now it just says Error while parsing CharacterProfiler after 0.03 seconds
so i deleted my lua files and re scaned
tried again. and same thing.
still doesnt work just that now i dont get the " [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp/phpqlmenV) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/virtual/Healingwaves) in /home/virtual/Healingwaves/paintrain-silvermoon.com/www/Roster/lib/luaparser.php on line 30 " message.

Any other ideas ?
