Error while parsing CharacterProfiler after 0 seconds

thats the message i get i have DF installed and working fine i did a install of WoWRosterDF perfectly no problems at all exelent work now i get that error any ideas on what to do next ? thanks

how would i fix open_basedir restriction ?

You server host has to change this setting as it is in the php config file
