mediawiki integration

I want to integrate mediawiki on my site just like what has recently been done here. Do any of the staff have the instructions you used to integrate?

Yes, I found a guide and files on the dragonfly forums

I used MediaWiki v1.9.3
And we are using a few extensions as well
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/ParserFunctions (for the conditionals in the language bar and the right side menu)
And the geshi code highlighter (sorry, I don't have a link to it, but I'll provide the files if you ask)

I try to install mediawiki on french FAI (it's free) with dragonfly.
Same installation that wowroster.

How do you install mediawiki (in php5) with the program installation dragonfly/mediawiki (in php4)??

wowroster.net runs completely on php5
